Food/drink

Our cozy food truck-transformed-into-a-bar is located in the middle of the campsite. Here the local beers are cold (we have a delicious Elfique triple) and we often put on some nice music. We also have very tasty organic wines, ice creams and juices. At 10 pm we turn off the music and ask you to be quiet as well.

In weekends, and in the high season from Tuesday to Sunday, there is a bakery coming to deliver fresh bread, croissants or pain au chocolat. You can place your order the day in advance. On request, we also serve a delicious breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

Don't feel like cooking? In high season we often serve a delicious meal or bake pizzas in our wood oven. It differs per week on which days we do this, so ask for it beforehand, or upon arrival and register immediately.

Furthermore...

Reception: the opening times of the reception are between 8.30-12.00 and 14.00-20.00.

Making a fire: that's allowed! But only in a fire pit, or designated burning spot. You can rent a fire pit from us and you can also buy a box of wood.
BBQ: that is also allowed. Bring your own barbecue - please make sure it's high enough, so it doesn't burn the grass.
Parking: Upon arrival you can park briefly at the entrance and report to reception. You can then park your car in the parking lot. Of course it is no problem to load/unload at your camping pitch or accommodation.
Large caravans / campers: unfortunately we do not allow campers / caravans larger than 7 meters.

Electricity: you need a camping plug to use electricity (unless you are staying in one of our accommodations). You can buy one at the reception. Also bring an extension cord. Electric cars can not be charged at the campsite. There is charging station at the R-Hotel in Remouchamps, close to the highway exit. Unlike electric cars, electric bicycles can be charged at the campsite, for a €4,- fee.

Keeping it cool: we don't have a communal fridge. You can put your cooling elements in our freezer though.
Shopping: there is a supermarket 10 minutes' drive from the campsite.
Dog: you're more than welcome to you bring your dog, but only if your dog is child and dog friendly. Dogs must be kept on a leash. We make an exception for the two camping dogs Luz and Nina, who live here. Furthermore: dogs are allowed in the teepees and cabins; but not in the Lotus Belle tents, the Canvas tent and yurt.

Arrival / departure: You are welcome from 2 pm and can check-in until 8 pm. On the day of departure, make sure your camping pitch is empty by noon. If you stay in one of our tents, please check-out before 11 am.

Late check-out: Outside of vacations and busy days, it is possible to stay a little longer and leave at the end of the day for €10 extra. Send an email, or ask on arrival. If you are staying in one of our accommodations you will always need to check-out at 11 am, but you are welcome to spend the day at the campsite.

Minimum number of days: during school holidays we ask you to book for a minimum number of days (this will be indicated with your reservation). Shorter on the date we let go of this rule; and fill in the gaps. So you can always check last minute if you can come for a short stay.
Weather: We usually use the Buienalarm app (in Dutch) for the weather forecast; this has proven to be the most accurate in recent years.

Wifi: there is good wifi at the reception and the bar. Furthermore, the network of Vodafone and Orange do very well here, Proximus reasonable and the Flemish Telenet very poor.
